Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Graphic Designer to join our Creative team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing concepts and layouts, executing various assets across CRM, website, catalog, social media, events, and other brand projects. You will work closely with our Creative Director and VP of Marketing to help execute sales and marketing design projects.

Responsibilities
  • Design static and motion content to drive conversion and brand engagement
  • Experiment with and refine design to solve identified business problems
  • Improve shopping and brand experience
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Stay up-to-date with product, target audience, and competitor activities in the market
  • Assist the Creative Director on key graphic design projects for print and digital use
  • Coordinate with outside agencies, art services, web designers, marketing, printers, and colleagues as needed
  • Create menu of tools and graphics for retail partners
  • Develop ad campaigns based on ad analysis and performance
  • Plan and build campaigns and concepts with the marketing team
  • Illustrate concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size, and style, and submitting them for approval
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed
  • Communicate with partners about layout and design
  • Review final layouts and suggest improvements when necessary
Requirements
  • Design portfolio demonstrating exceptional design excellence
  • Online portfolio link to be added at the top of your resume when applying
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or additional years of relevant experience
  • 5+ years of graphic design experience
  • Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects
  • Experience in mobile-first, responsive web environments
  • Interest and experience in motion graphics and/or relevant animation experience a plus
  • Exceptionally high creative bar and a conviction that details matter
  • Fast and efficient, with proven time management skills; committed to meeting deadlines
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve necessary results
