Job Opportunity

Park Properties Management Co is seeking a skilled Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at The Lofts at Meadowcreek in Charlottesville, VA.

As a key member of our maintenance team, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep of our properties, both inside and out. This includes performing maintenance tasks personally and delegating to assistants as needed.

A typical day for this role may involve plumbing, electrical, and basic drywall repairs, as well as common area and exterior maintenance and repairs. The Maintenance Supervisor will also be required to respond to after-hours emergencies, making on-call availability a necessary part of the job.

We are committed to helping our team members grow and succeed through our training and mentorship program, "The Park Academy." This program is designed to help build the skills and attributes required to be a successful member of our maintenance team.

This is a full-time position with regular hours and benefits. We are looking for a self-motivated and hard-working individual with a minimum of 3 years' experience in apartment maintenance or a related field. HVAC certification is preferred, as is the ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.

The ideal candidate will have good people skills, a friendly and helpful attitude, and the ability to maintain accurate records of work orders, parts orders, inventory, and service/tenant follow-up.
