Job Overview

This role will support the business with a focus on improving inventory management processes, particularly in shipping. The successful candidate will utilize the SAP system to execute inventory management transactions, ensuring timely shipment of completed items to customers, other L3 Harris entities, and subcontract items to suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process SAP transactions to enable shipment of completed items and subcontract items to the appropriate recipients.
  • Understand and execute all business policies and procedures for compliance to site AS9100 standards, preserving industry certifications.
  • Support a group of working stockroom associates to ensure work is completed in a timely manner.
  • Manage multiple assignments and priorities daily.
  • Apply LEAN and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance shipment processes.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of SAP / S4 Hana.
  • Ability to obtain Secret Clearance.
  • Understanding of MMAS, Cycle Counts, and Financial Inventory Reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in engineering and operations/manufacturing environments.
  • Military contractor / Defense industry background.
  • Objective thinking with a passion for problem-solving and the ability to execute challenging tasks to completion.
Education

Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
