El Lead Biomedical Equipment Specialist es responsable de la reparación, mantenimiento programado y pruebas de seguridad de equipos médicos. Las tareas asignadas son de alta complejidad, requiriendo especialización y formación avanzada. Este rol proporciona un alto nivel de soporte técnico y capacitación a los departamentos clínicos en su área de especialización, asumiendo la responsabilidad de su funcionamiento. Además, se espera que el incumbente colabore estrechamente con los departamentos clínicos para ayudar en el desarrollo de procesos y procedimientos relacionados con el uso clínico de las tecnologías en su área de experiencia. Se espera que esta posición tenga la capacidad de gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente. Asimismo, debe ser capaz de realizar las tareas descritas para el Técnico Biomédico Asociado y el Técnico Biomédico.
Detalles del Turno: Tiempo completo, Turno diurno, 8 horas diarias, 40 horas semanales.
Requisitos Necesarios:
- Título de Asociado en Tecnología de Equipos Biomédicos o Tecnología Electrónica.
- Formación/Entrenamiento: Entrenamiento militar aplicable.
- Se puede requerir licencia de conducir y seguro de auto, conforme a las leyes estatales.
Calificaciones Preferidas:
- Certificación de Técnico Biomédico al momento de la contratación.
- 8 años de experiencia en reparación de equipos biomédicos.
