Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Assistant II to join our team at Lifespan Corporation. As a Nursing Assistant II, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Registered Nurses to organize work and set priorities
  • Perform personal care skills, basic nursing assistant skills, and rehabilitation skills as outlined by the Rhode Island Department of Health
  • Recognize and report signs and symptoms, and maintain a safe environment
  • Accurately document data in the EHR patient care flowsheet and clinical data records
Requirements
  • Current Rhode Island license as a Nursing Assistant
  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to perform basic computer skills
  • Certified in American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS)
Working Environment

Works in healthcare environments such as acute care hospitals, physicians' offices, and ancillary healthcare enterprises. Prolonged sitting, standing, and walking. Repeated bending, squatting, and stooping. May be required to lift/turn patients and equipment.
