Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Assistant II to join our team at Lifespan Corporation. As a Nursing Assistant II, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Registered Nurses to organize work and set priorities
  • Perform personal care skills, basic nursing assistant skills, and rehabilitation skills as outlined by the Rhode Island Department of Health
  • Recognize and report signs and symptoms to Registered Nurses
  • Maintain a safe environment and accurately document patient data
Requirements
  • Current Rhode Island license as a Nursing Assistant
  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to perform basic computer skills
  • Certified in American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS)
Working Environment

As a Nursing Assistant II, you will work in a fast-paced healthcare environment, requiring prolonged sitting, standing, and walking. You may be required to lift and turn patients and equipment.
