Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Registered Nurses to organize work and set priorities.
- Perform personal care skills, basic nursing assistant skills, and rehabilitation skills as outlined by the Rhode Island Department of Health.
- Recognize and report signs and symptoms, and maintain a safe environment for patients.
- Accurately document data in the EHR patient care flowsheet and clinical data records.
- Current Rhode Island license as a Nursing Assistant.
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to perform basic computer skills.
- Certified in American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
As a Nursing Assistant II, you will work in a fast-paced healthcare environment, requiring prolonged sitting, standing, and walking. You may be required to lift/turn patients and equipment.
