Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee various projects across multiple locations. The selected candidate will act as the primary liaison for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful project delivery. Strong organizational and communication skills, along with a comprehensive understanding of the construction process, are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction operations for several projects simultaneously across different locations.
  • Coordinate bidding processes and award contracts (both General and Sub-contracts).
  • Handle permitting and oversee the construction phase.
  • Ensure proper project close-out procedures are followed.
  • Engage with clients, design professionals, and consultants throughout the project.
  • Review and analyze all plans and specifications for assigned projects.
  • Collaborate with the estimating department to prepare project budgets and estimates.
  • Maintain and update project schedules regularly.
  • Evaluate and negotiate construction contracts and change orders with clients and subcontractors.
  • Uphold company safety standards and protocols.
  • Ensure quality control across all projects.
  • Proactively seek additional construction opportunities.
  • Conduct site visits and evaluations for prospective projects.
  • Utilize tools such as Procore, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office for reporting and job tracking.
