Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Construction

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Two95 International Inc. as a Construction Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, including contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, including developing and implementing risk management plans.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered with a strong focus on quality, safety, and sustainability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in construction project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or business administration.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
  • Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
