**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist to join our team at Memorial Healthcare System. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in improving the health and well-being of our patients.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Develop and provide patient education, training, consulting, and counseling services to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with our Food Service department to provide nutritionally appropriate menus, food options, and services for patients.
  • Work closely with physicians, nursing, pharmacy, and other healthcare team members to determine, coordinate, and provide medical nutrition therapy.
  • Assess patients' nutritional status and needs, develop and implement care plans, monitor patients' progress, and update interventions.
  • Complete thorough and timely documentation of patient sessions in our electronic health record.

  • **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional patient care and service, ensuring that patients and their families feel valued and supported.

**Education and Certification Requirements**
  • Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or Nutrition or related field.
  • Dietitian/Nutritionist License (ND LICENSE) - State of Florida (FL).
  • Registered Dietitian CDR Certification (CDR) - Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
