DaVita is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team in providing exceptional care to patients with end-stage renal disease. As a PCT, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment to our patients.

About the Role

As a Patient Care Technician, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, and educating patients on kidney dialysis-related topics. You will work under the supervision of a registered nurse and be part of a cross-functional team of clinicians, including technicians, nurses, dietitians, social workers, and leadership.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, be comfortable working around blood and needles, and be willing to train and work across multiple clinics within the territory as needed. Health care experience, including certifications such as BONENT Certified, Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or Phlebotomy certification, is a plus.
