You will be responsible for assessing and treating mental, emotional, behavioral, and developmental disorders, as well as developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide crisis-oriented psychotherapy and short-term/long-term therapy
- Administer and interpret tests and measures of psychosocial functioning
- Consult with team managers, statutory agencies, and patient relatives to ensure compliance with treatment plans

Education and Experience:

- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
- One or more of the following credentials: Master Social Worker (MSW) from the Michigan Board of Social Work or Master Social Worker (MSW) specializing in Clinical Practice from the Michigan Board of Social Work
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a related field

Compensation and Benefits:
