Job Title: Medical Care Coordinator

Job Description:
As a Medical Care Coordinator at Henry Ford Hospital, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will assist with various tasks, including taking vital signs, performing activities of daily living, and providing basic treatments to patients.

Responsibilities:
- Assist RNs with patient care duties, such as administering basic treatments and performing activities of daily living
- Respond to call lights within 2-5 minutes, pass water and linens, locate equipment, stock supplies, clean, and perform other non-clinical duties assigned by the RN
- Assist with transporting patients and obtaining and delivering pharmacy orders as needed

Requirements:
* High school diploma or GED equivalent required
* Current AHA BLS certification or obtain within first week of hire through HEART CODE required

Estimated Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year
