Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team for a contract engagement. This role is pivotal in assisting our clients with their operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the management of incoming change requests and assist in crafting business cases for these requests.
- Collaborate with business teams to assess the value delivered by change requests.
- Oversee the lifecycle of change requests, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting on financial implications and overall budget management.
- Manage and monitor operational issues, including documentation, tracking, and reporting on status updates.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments to support operational teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and Teams.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support management in evaluating and implementing improved workflows and processes.
- Assist in the development and execution of projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
- Analyze operational data to identify and address business challenges.
- Participate in systems testing and provide recommendations for process improvements.
