Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room, your primary responsibilities will include:
• Assessing patients' conditions and developing individualized plans of care
• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective treatment and care
• Leading a dynamic healthcare team to provide exceptional patient care and safety

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A current valid North Carolina nursing license or Multi-State/Compact
• One-year relevant experience preferred
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
