Compensation and Benefits
We offer a highly competitive salary for this role, starting at $126,000 per year, with opportunities for career advancement and professional growth through our Optional Career Ladder program. Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist with extensive orthopedic UE training and/or experience to join our team. Certified Hand Therapists (CHT's) are strongly preferred for this role. As a Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping patients recover from injuries and illnesses, regain functional mobility, and improve their overall quality of life. Your expertise in occupational therapy will enable you to design and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver seamless patient care and ensure a remarkable patient experience in every dimension, every time.

Responsibilities
* Provide expert occupational therapy services to patients with various medical conditions and injuries
* Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
* Implement evidence-based interventions to promote functional mobility, strength, and coordination
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of treatment
* Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field, required
* Licensure/Certification: Appropriate state OT license, required
