Key Responsibilities:

* Process payroll in accordance with company policies and procedures
* Review and screen branch timecard entries for accuracy
* Review accuracy of state and local taxes
* Enter data into payroll system accurately and timely
* Process garnishments according to federal and state guidelines
* Assist branches with various payroll reporting requirements

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of relevant payroll experience
* Knowledge of federal and state and local payroll laws and guidelines
* Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook email)
* Ability to work with confidential information
* A team player and supportive business partner attitude
