About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled EHS Specialist to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our facilities and EHS department, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a culture of safety awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement safety programs and policies to meet OSHA and other regulatory standards
  • Conduct hazard assessments and develop mitigation strategies to reduce risks
  • Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence
  • Administer and track health and safety training for employees and contractors
  • Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and revise SOPs as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or safety
  • Knowledge of OSHA, state regulations, and NFPA
  • Strong communication and training skills
  • Ability to resolve technical issues independently
