Job Title: Customer Service Representative

RelaDyne, Inc. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, administrative support, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Process daily invoicing duties, communicate with internal and external customers, and coordinate customer orders and requests.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries, provide pricing and delivery information, and set up new customers.
  • Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes, maintain customer databases, and communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and track, purchase, and manage stock of office and kitchen supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service required.
  • Proficiency in Excel required.
  • Experience in the lubricants industry is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Dependable with a positive attitude.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent phone etiquette.
  • Customer-focused and proficient relationship builder.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to explore and learn other software applications.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills.
