We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our Pasco, Florida warehouse team at Team Horner. This individual will be responsible for assisting customers at the counter, preparing sales orders, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pull and Prepare Orders: Ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing customer orders, from receipt to shipment.
  • Loading/Unloading Trucks: Safely load and unload merchandise using a forklift, adhering to strict safety protocols.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct physical counts, maintain stock organization, and notify Purchasing of low stock items to ensure seamless operations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to customers, ensuring their needs are met with a positive attitude.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sweeping warehouse floors daily.

Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2 years of warehouse experience preferred, with a strong background in inventory management and customer service.
  • Certifications: Forklift certification mandatory.
  • Skills: Basic math skills, ability to lift up to 100 lbs, and excellent communication skills.
