Key Responsibilities:
  • Design an inviting and interactive classroom atmosphere for young learners to explore, play, and develop.
  • Embrace a growth-oriented approach to nurture young minds and instill a passion for education.
  • Apply our unique L.E.A.P. Curriculum, engaging with Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children in a manner that caters to the individual needs of each child.
  • Establish a secure and supportive environment where children can engage in play and learning.
  • Maintain regular communication with families, sharing updates on their children's experiences and milestones through various channels.
  • Contribute to the success of the center by collaborating with staff and leadership to meet goals related to enrollment and participation.
  • Foster relationships with families and colleagues, creating a vibrant atmosphere where play and education are seamlessly integrated.

Qualifications:
  • Preferred: A minimum of 6 months of professional teaching experience.
  • Required: High School Diploma/GED; college coursework in Early Childhood Education is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated understanding of developmentally appropriate practices.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification is preferred.
  • Must comply with state-specific requirements for the position.
