Key Responsibilities

  • Curriculum Implementation: Effectively implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, tailored to meet the unique needs of Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool children.
  • Communication: Establish strong relationships with parents through regular updates, mobile apps, and personal discussions, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Center Success: Contribute to the center's success by partnering with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with families, coworkers, and center staff, creating a dynamic environment that promotes play and learning.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 6 months of professional teaching experience preferred.
  • Education: High School Diploma/GED required; College ECE coursework highly preferred.
  • Qualifications: Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices, CPR and First Aid Certification preferred, and meeting state-specific guidelines for the role.
