Electromechanical Service Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to provide product installation, preventative maintenance, and corrective maintenance services on a variety of equipment from medical to industrial environments.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electro-mechanical products in healthcare settings.
- Troubleshoot complex issues to the FRU level, utilizing expertise in laser technology, optics, and electrical systems.
- Maintain knowledge of laser safety principles and standards for safe operation and compliance.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing for 8 hours, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Travel extensively (75% in-state, 25% out-of-state) for customer site visits.
- Manage own travel bookings, expenses, and car rentals.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience troubleshooting to the FRU level.
- 3+ years of experience in field service technician roles, servicing electro-mechanical products.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; AA degree preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
