Job Description

At Daniel Holstein - State Farm Agency, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs to market appropriate products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop leads and schedule appointments to meet with customers and discuss their insurance needs.
  • Identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services to meet those needs.
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships to ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Insurance sales experience/Property & Casualty and L/H licenses preferred
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • Self-motivated and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to effectively relate to customers
  • Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
