About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an independent contractor, you will work from home and out in the field, selling consultative advertising solutions to local businesses.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential clients through various sources, including cold calls, emails, networking, and door-pulling. You will then conduct sales consultations to align value propositions with customer pain points, presenting tailored marketing solutions.

Relationship building is crucial in this role, as you will cultivate strong connections with local businesses and stay in contact with customers, recommending new products and services that may interest them. You will also be responsible for staying informed about local trends and competition, maintaining accurate sales activity records, and collaborating with your team leader.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in selling to small businesses or a related field, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to function well in fast-paced environments. A valid driver's license, motor vehicle insurance, and passing motor vehicle record (MVR) and background check are required.

In return, you will enjoy uncapped commission income, with DOUBLE commissions in the first 90 days. You will also receive bonuses, sales incentives, and other prizes, as well as protected territory (exclusivity in your geographic area), paid product/sales orientation, and support from team leaders and management.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $75,000 per year
