About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Lead Generator / In-Store Promoter to join our team. As a Sales Lead Generator, you will be responsible for engaging customers in conversations regarding heating and cooling enhancements, air quality enhancements, energy conservation, and the myriad benefits we offer. Your primary task is to generate leads for Free, In-Home Consultations or promote home performance tune-ups. Our proficient industry experts will handle the rest.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with our esteemed National Big Box Retail Home Improvement Stores
  • Engage customers in conversations regarding heating and cooling enhancements, air quality enhancements, energy conservation, and the myriad benefits we offer
  • Generate leads for Free, In-Home Consultations or promote home performance tune-ups
  • Work independently, represent our brand within partner retail environments

Requirements

  • Sales experience preferred, but a vibrant personality can compensate
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment screenings

Compensation

Salary - $20 - $30+ per hour, which includes hourly pay, bonuses, and commission, paid weekly.
