About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Manager to join our team at Carter's/OshKosh. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and providing exceptional customer service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of sales management experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and objectives
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
