We are seeking a Neurological Care Professional to join our team in Maine. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), you will work closely with patients and their families to provide counseling services that support their recovery from neurological conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' social, emotional, and support needs.
  • Collaborate with the rehab team to develop measurable objectives.
  • Provide education and counseling to patients and families on managing neurological conditions.
  • Participate in care coordination activities and serve as a resource for other health team members.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work (LCSW).
  • Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker Licensure in the state of practice.
  • At least one year of experience in a rehabilitation setting.
  • CPR certification required.
