Role Overview:
The Healthcare Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in connecting with local medical professionals to foster relationships and generate patient referrals. This position blends elements of sales and public relations, focusing on promoting our clinic's services while enhancing our community presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted outreach and marketing strategies to increase referral volume.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local healthcare providers and their staff.
- Analyze referral data and monitor marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure seamless communication with physician offices.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with referring providers through visits, emails, and calls.
- Utilize research-driven methods to enhance awareness and trust within the community.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Healthcare preferred.
- Experience in a communications role within a sales or marketing context is advantageous.
