Job Title: Director of Operational Excellence

Job Summary:

The Director of Operational Excellence will be responsible for driving process improvement initiatives across Luminis Health. This role will oversee the implementation of operational excellence tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direction to the team to ensure delivery of business process improvement initiatives.
  • Champion continuous process improvement and change culture across Operations.
  • Lead and execute various projects/initiatives based on business process improvement of operational excellence.
  • Build effective relationships and influence operations units to ensure their commitment to operational excellence.
  • Support strategic change through effective change management practice.

Requirements:

  • Masters' degree in Business/Finance/Strategy/Quality Management/or other appropriate field.
  • 7+ years' experience and demonstrated outcomes using Performance Improvement methodology and principles.
  • 5+ years of progressive management experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, EPIC, and other Luminis Health software applications.
