Job Description

Staffworks CNY is seeking a skilled Electronics Assembler to join our team. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for performing small iron soldering and resistance soldering for circuit board assembly. Your duties will include coil handling, electro/mechanical assembly, and following instructions provided on the assembly process.

Responsibilities
  • Perform small iron soldering and resistance soldering for circuit board assembly
  • Handle coils, including stripping, shaping, and winding
  • Assemble electronic and mechanical components
  • Follow instructions provided on the assembly process
  • Ensure adherence to all required safety programs
Requirements
  • Good manual dexterity and ability to manipulate parts weighing 20 lbs or less
  • Ability to use equipment such as lift tables, carts, and hand trucks
  • Working knowledge of hand tools, including taps, drills, burrs, and collets
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions written in English
  • Electronic/Electrical Training is a plus
