Electronics Technician

SRCTec, LLC is seeking a skilled Electronics Technician to support manufacturing operations in Syracuse, NY. This role involves testing, troubleshooting, and reworking production electronic warfare and radar systems, sub-assemblies, and components. Key responsibilities include adhering to established test procedures, setting up and utilizing electronic test equipment, and performing tasks of moderate scope.
- Set up and utilize electronic test equipment, including digital multimeters, spectrum and network analyzers, signal generators, RF power meters, and oscilloscopes.
- Perform tasks of moderate scope, including executing comprehensive validation tests of RF and electronics systems.
- Read and interpret electronic schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings to aid in the testing process.
- Identify and accurately document discrepancies during the test, troubleshoot, and rework processes.
As a key member of the production team, the successful candidate will facilitate the manufacturing process and contribute to the delivery of high-quality products. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong aptitude for critical thinking and problem-solving, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.

We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including four or more weeks of paid time off to start, 10 percent employer contribution toward retirement, and 100 percent tuition support.
Total compensation for this role is market competitive. The anticipated range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $29.00 to $35.00/hour. The hourly rate will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location as well as other business and organizational needs.
