Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate at Round One Entertainment Inc. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests of all ages, ensuring a fun and memorable experience at our entertainment centers.Key Responsibilities
  • Assist guests at the counter and game/bowling floor, providing prompt and courteous service.
  • Conduct alcohol and age restriction control in accordance with company policies, ensuring a safe and responsible environment for all guests.
  • Conduct lost and found procedures in accordance with company policies, providing a seamless experience for guests.
  • Seek opportunities for continuous improvement in department work processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all company policies and procedures, upholding the trust of our guests and staff.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working area, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Work Environment
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high levels of noise, dust, and activity.
  • Regularly stand and walk for extended periods, with occasional bending, stretching, and climbing.
Physical Demands
  • Regularly lift and move up to 100lbs with assistance, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Use hands and fingers to handle and feel objects, reaching with hands and arms as needed.
