We are seeking a skilled Clinical Care Associate - Front Office and Lab Support to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional experiences for our patients and help them accomplish important parts of their care journey by providing venipuncture, dispensary responsibilities, as well as other clinical support services. This includes support for the office with a focus on active daily management, scheduling, inventory, and facilities support. You will be the first point of contact for patient feedback, as well as provide any other support as requested by the Leads, Office Manager, or in office providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide best in class venipuncture services on a population ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics
  • Perform and assist with extended scope duties such as, but not limited to non-blood specimen collection, EKGs/ECGs, vitals, ear lavages, vaccines, PPD tests, and swabs
  • Maintain high standards of in-office care through proper specimen labeling, handling and processing, inventory upkeep, and tool sterilization

This is a full time role (40 hrs/week) with 8 hour shifts generally taking place Monday-Friday between 7:30am-6:30pm based at our offices located in Boston and Cambridge, MA.
