This role is pivotal in overseeing and executing daily transactions for third-party fund managers as well as direct customer accounts. The Account Operations Administrator will engage with customer inquiries, ensure precise account configurations, nurture client relationships, and assist with corporate action services. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in security operations, emphasizing both global and domestic custody operations, alongside a dedication to providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promptly address customer inquiries, investigating and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and various departments within the bank to address account-related issues.
  • Efficiently process manual customer instructions.
  • Assist in the monitoring and processing of corporate action instructions, including standing instructions.
  • Deliver accurate trade status reports to clients.
  • Facilitate the establishment of new accounts for third-party fund managers and direct customers.
  • Gather and verify all necessary documentation for account openings.
  • Execute all BSA/AML responsibilities as outlined in the relevant policy regarding custodial accounts.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or Economics.
  • A solid understanding of the technical aspects of the custody process, particularly corporate actions.
  • 2-3+ years of experience in security operations, especially in global and domestic custody operations or customer service.
