About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Events Specialist to join our team at Mammotome. As a key member of our Americas Marketing and Product Education team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing physician education events, advisory board meetings, product spotlight events, physician speaking events, webinars, centers of excellence training events, and product user meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, including identifying goals and objectives, measuring metrics for return on investment, and handling budgets.
  • Work closely with the Director of Marketing and Education to plan, coordinate, and help run all physician education events, advisory board meetings, and user meetings.
  • Provide HCP documentation and Sunshine act reporting.
  • Create standard work, processes, and systems for all professional educational events, including working closely with Product Managers and Sales reps to ensure accurate representation of products and therapies.
  • Analyze event results and develop recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience or two-year degree with 4 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Education, Training, or related field.
  • Up to 40% travel required for on-site event coordination and support.
  • Overnight domestic and international trips ranging from 1-7 days.
