Job Summary

This position is responsible for leading the development and delivery of Infrastructure services and automation to support enterprise operations for mission-critical infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps, IT infrastructure, and automation, with experience in designing, developing, and supporting platforms to enable greater agility and fulfillment of company growth initiatives.

The role includes technical thought leadership, DevOps enablement, training, and coaching across teams to execute and deliver in a DevOps operating model.

The technologies in scope include public and private cloud technology platforms, PaaS, IaaS, containers, Kubernetes, infrastructure automation tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and shared-service applications.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide technical leadership to TSC's Systems Infrastructure strategy to enable greater agility and fulfillment of Infrastructure services.
  2. Design maintainable solutions to meet business and compliance requirements through code development using SDLC methodology.
  3. Identify and implement ongoing opportunities for system and process improvements.
  4. Maintain domain development standards complying with enterprise standards, ensuring solutions are optimally designed, secure, well-performing, and integrated with other solutions.
  5. Evaluate emerging technology for use across technical domains for delivering Infrastructure services.
  6. Develop technology transformation roadmaps and action plans to continually evolve and improve the technology estate.
  7. Subject Matter Expert in the discipline of Infrastructure automation and development.
  8. Document internal SOPs, processes, and training to ensure team members are successful in a DevOps environment.
  9. Provide technical leadership and coaching of team members in a DevOps transition journey.
