The Compliance Specialist will oversee Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs), manage fuel consumption metrics, and handle International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) compliance, including the permitting, titling, and registration of DOT vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Perform regular audits and evaluations to pinpoint areas of non-compliance, including IFTA reporting and vehicle registrations.
- Generate comprehensive reports on compliance status and findings for management assessment.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve compliance challenges and offer guidance on industry best practices.
- Remain informed about evolving industry regulations and changes in compliance standards at both state and federal levels.
- Contribute to the creation of training initiatives aimed at educating staff on compliance protocols.

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in compliance management within the transportation or logistics sector.
