Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cooks and other food-service associates.
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed at all times.
- Monitor inventory and supplies, and make recommendations for ordering and purchasing.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with training and development of new staff members.
- 3-4 years of professional culinary experience, preferably in a high-volume kitchen environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
