  • Collect and analyze applicants' financial information to assess their financial circumstances and determine whether they qualify for a particular loan, and interview applicants to provide required information, including income, assets, investments, debt, credit history, prior bankruptcies, judgments, and liens, as well as characteristics of property and similar information.
