Your Role:

As a key member of our inbound sales team, you will play an integral part in driving our customer acquisition efforts while ensuring an outstanding customer journey. Your enthusiasm and energy will be vital in engaging potential clients and consistently achieving sales objectives. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach are crucial for success in this position.

Work Schedule:

Commitment to a flexible schedule is essential, with working hours spanning from early morning to late evening during weekdays and mid-morning to early evening on weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to incoming sales inquiries and effectively conveying pricing, promotions, and unique offers to enhance sales conversions.
  • Proficiently utilizing our order management systems as required.
  • Customizing sales presentations and solutions to meet the specific needs of customers, demonstrating how our services can fulfill those needs.
  • Accurately recording interaction details for future reference.
  • Achieving Key Performance Indicators related to sales processes, call quality, attendance, and conversion rates.
  • Building rapport and fostering positive relationships with customers to enhance trust and loyalty.
  • Staying informed about corporate initiatives, market dynamics, and procedural updates.
  • Keeping abreast of product features, specifications, pricing, and any changes, articulating product details clearly to potential customers.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in sales, particularly in a call center or telesales environment.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with customers. (Bilingual skills are a plus)
  • Confident and persuasive sales techniques with strong negotiation capabilities.
  • Active listening and consultative selling skills.
  • Results-driven mindset focused on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate relevant software applications.
  • Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Access to high-speed internet is required.
