Technical Sales Representative Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Virtual Sales Team as a Technical Sales Representative Intern. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with our small and medium-sized customers, providing them with expert advice on ingredient recommendations for their food and beverage applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships and develop new business opportunities
- Work across our entire portfolio, including starches, plant-based proteins, sugar-reduction solutions, and hydrocolloids
- Collaborate with our field sales, technical service, R&D, and customer service teams
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and their applications
- Provide excellent customer service and support
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Food Science, Food or Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0
- Ability to work 40 hours per week during the summer internship term
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
