Compensation begins at $17.50/hr with Incentives; Average Earnings for the First Year: $45,000-$55,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Pest Management - Perform thorough inspections to identify pest activity sources. Develop and implement effective solutions using a range of products and services to eliminate pest issues. Execute pest treatments and install products to ensure a pest-free environment. Maintain and operate service vehicles and equipment.
  • Customer Engagement - Foster strong customer relationships through friendly and professional interactions during service visits. Address customer needs and provide tailored solutions for pest challenges. Inform customers about additional services that may enhance their experience.
  • Ongoing Development - Gain expertise in the variety of products and services through comprehensive, paid training. Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in the pest management industry. Participate in training sessions on new methods and products to enhance pest control solutions. Obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certifications as per federal, state, and local regulations.

Compensation Structure: $17.50/HR plus Incentives

Position Requirements

  • Successful completion of pre-employment background checks.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, with potential Saturday shifts.

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.

Desired Skills and Attributes

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and develop expertise in pest management.
  • Ability to work independently after training.
