Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing.
- Inspect and test equipment to ensure proper functioning and identify potential issues.
- Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Collaborate with facilities manager to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager, including assisting with special projects and events.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2-3 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with colleagues and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
The Manufacturing and Building Engineering Technician will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with exposure to various physical conditions, including noise, vibration, and hazardous materials. The position requires the ability to work at heights, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
