Project Controls Engineer

At Precision Medicine Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Controls Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects by providing expert guidance on project controls, risk management, and cost estimation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
  • Provide expert guidance on project controls, including cost estimation, earned value management, and schedule analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, validation, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or comparable military experience.
  • Proven experience in project controls, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to travel up to 100% or as required to support project and business needs.
