Responsibilities
  • Complete our comprehensive training program to become a certified Pest Control Specialist
  • Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule to ensure timely and safe arrival at each customer
  • Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services that meet their needs
  • Serve as a problem solver for customers to decide on the most efficient and best overall pest solution
  • Complete all required service-related documentation and leverage your hand-held device for speed and accuracy

Qualifications
  • No experience required - we'll train you to be a certified Pest Control Specialist
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company-paid)
  • Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers
Work Environment

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform job duties with or without accommodations:

  • Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
  • Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator
  • Willing to work in different types of weather conditions
