Emonics LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Equipment Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and debugging Automated Test Equipment (ATE) hardware and software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Development: Design and develop ATE hardware and software solutions for characterization, qualification, and production release.
- Test Methodologies: Work with design engineers to define and develop test methodologies, test plans, test modes, and Design-For-Test.
- Test Schematics and PCB Layout: Define test schematics and review layout of printed circuit boards for testing.
- Test Program Debugging: Debug test programs, correlate data, and optimize test time to support product production.
- Programming Languages: Develop ATE test solutions in LabVIEW or CVI/C/C++ language.
- Manufacturing Support: Support manufacturing for yield improvement, product transfer, failure analysis, and test time reduction.
- Project Management: Manage and maintain projects milestones that align with product work plan and release dates.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) discipline.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a relevant engineering role.
- Skills: Strong CVI/C/C++ or LabVIEW object-oriented programming (OOP) skills, strong background on electrical circuit analysis theory and design, and experience with databases (MS Access or SQL).
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
