We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Receptionist to join our team at Avalon Veterinary Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a critical role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for pet owners and their animals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate medical records and communicate effectively with clients and staff.
  • Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and process payments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and other staff members to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in software applications.
  • Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures.
