Medical Assistant/Front Desk Coordinator

We're seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant, Scheduler, and Front Desk Coordinator to join our premier gastroenterology practice in San Antonio. This entry-level to mid-level role offers a competitive pay rate and a supportive environment where you can thrive and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule patient appointments efficiently and manage patient registration flow.
  • Assist with patient care, including preparing patients for exams and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate scheduling and medical records.
  • Provide front-office support, including greeting patients and managing paperwork.
  • Support the medical team with back/ front-office tasks as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Some clinical office experience or training in medical assisting is required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Passion for delivering excellent patient care and eagerness to learn new skills.

Qualifications:

  • CMA or RMA certification preferred, but not required.
  • Previous clinical experience is a plus.
