Advanced Phlebotomy Technician Laboratory Full-Time Position

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomy Laboratory Technician to join our team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for collecting and processing patient specimens for laboratory testing.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and process patient specimens for laboratory testing
- Utilize relevant computer programs for data entry and specimen tracking
- Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and laboratory staff
- Maintain quality and quantity of specimens sent to reference laboratories
- Report results received from reference laboratories
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One year phlebotomy experience in a hospital setting required
- Phlebotomy certification preferred
- ASCP certification as a Phlebotomy Technician (PBT) or equivalent preferred
